This website is operated by Innestolabs, a sole proprietorship registered in Padur, Tamil Nadu, India. By using it you accept these terms.

Nothing here is a quote

We do not publish prices, rate cards or “from” figures, and nothing on this site is an offer. The price for your project is the one stated in a written proposal signed by both parties, after a discovery call. Descriptions of how pricing works are exactly that descriptions of a process, not a commitment to a number.

Work we describe

Case studies describe projects we were commissioned to build. Where a project is still in progress, or was built by us on our own initiative rather than for a client, we say so on the page. Any client name or quotation appears with that client's permission.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Innestolabs. Client project deliverables are governed by the individual project agreement in the normal case, you own the code and accounts we build for you on final payment.

Third-party links

This site links to demos and client sites hosted elsewhere. We are not responsible for the content or availability of sites we do not operate.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
