Privacy policy
Plain English. This describes what this site actually collects and what happens to it.
Who we are

What we collect
We collect two kinds of information, and only these:
- What you send us. When you submit the quote form or the SiteLedger waitlist, we receive the fields you filled in typically your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and your description of the project.
- Anonymous usage data. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited and which buttons get clicked. This tells us that a WhatsApp button was pressed; it does not tell us who pressed it.
How form submissions reach us
Form submissions are posted to this site's own server and delivered to our email inbox using Resend, an email delivery provider. Your submission passes through their systems on the way to us and is subject to their privacy practices as well as ours. We do not store form submissions in a database; they live in our inbox.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to reply to you and to quote your project. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote. If you join the SiteLedger waitlist, we will email you about SiteLedger and nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we need them for the client relationship and our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing contact@innestolabs.com, and we will.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another. The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will continue to work normally.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@innestolabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. This version was last reviewed when this site was built.
