Custom Software and Dashboards for Your Business

THE PROBLEM

There is a spreadsheet somewhere holding your business together. One person understands it, it breaks quietly, and no off-the-shelf product fits because the process it describes is the thing that makes you competitive. Custom software development starts by mapping that process, not by replacing it with someone else’s.

What's included

  • A discovery call that maps your actual process before any code is written
  • Internal tools and dashboards built to that process
  • Integration with the systems you already pay for
  • Reporting that answers the questions you actually ask
  • Role-based access, so people see only what they should
  • Documentation and handover, so you are not locked to us

TECH USED

  • React
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL

Written for you, never a bought theme. You own the code.

PROCESS

How your project will run

The same four stages on every build, whatever we are building. You will know the scope, the price and the timeline before you commit to anything.

  1. 01

    Define

Scope, roles and flows written down and signed off, so there is one agreed version of what is being built before anyone opens an editor.

  2. 02

    Design

Screens approved before a line of code is written. Changing a drawing costs minutes; changing a built screen costs days.

  3. 03

    Develop

A working build every week, not a progress report. You click it, you tell us what is wrong, and it is still cheap to change.

  4. 04

    Deploy

Launch, handover and support. The source code and every account are in your name, with the documentation to go with them.

Every week, without being chased: a 15-minute check-in, a build you can click, and a status email your stakeholders can read. No last-minute surprises.

The stack behind it

Written for you and handed over to you, never a bought theme. Where a platform suits the job better, Shopify or WordPress included, we build on it and the account is yours along with everything we write on top.

FAQ

Dashboards & Custom Software: the questions we get asked

How do I know if we need custom software?
There is usually a spreadsheet. One person understands it, it breaks quietly, and no off-the-shelf product fits because the process it describes is the thing that makes you competitive. That is the signal. If a standard product does fit, we will tell you to buy it rather than sell you a build.
What does it cost to build an internal tool?
It is quoted per project after a discovery call, because internal tools vary more than anything else we build. What moves the number is how many steps the process has, how many kinds of user touch it, and whether it has to talk to systems you already run. We map the process first, then fix scope and price in writing. No open-ended hourly billing.
How much does a website cost in Chennai?
There is no single figure, because a five-page brochure site and a site with a cost estimator, logins and payments are different pieces of work. What drives the number is how many distinct screens there are, how many kinds of user it serves, whether it needs to connect to anything you already run, and how much of the content and photography exists already. We quote once, in writing, after a short call, and that figure does not move unless you change the scope.
How long does it take to build a website?
A straightforward business site is usually a few weeks; something with accounts, payments or custom logic runs longer. The honest answer is that the build is rarely what sets the date. Waiting on content, photography and approvals is, which is why the scope is signed off before anyone opens an editor and why you get a working build to click every week.
Do I own the code and the accounts?
Yes, both. On final payment the source code is yours, every account is created in your name, and you get a handover pack: architecture diagram, functional flow, API documentation, component list and security notes. Any developer can pick the project up later without starting over. You are not locked to us by anything except whether you want to keep working with us.
Who will actually be working on my project?
Senior engineers, not juniors learning on your project. Our engineers came from enterprise product teams inside large multinational companies, on software used by over a million people worldwide, and that is the standard your project is held to. The person you brief is the person who writes the code, with no account manager relaying messages in between. You are always told who is working on your project.
Do you work with businesses outside Chennai?
Yes. Most of our work is with Chennai and Tamil Nadu businesses, particularly construction, interiors and retail, and we also work remotely with clients elsewhere in India and in the US and UK, in English. The weekly check-in and the clickable build matter more than being in the same city, and they work the same either way.
What happens after the site launches?
We ship it, hand over the documentation, and stay reachable. There is no compulsory monthly retainer and no licence that expires. If you want ongoing changes we agree that separately; if you want to take it to another developer, the handover pack exists so you can.
