CAREERS

We are a small studio, growing carefully.

There are no open roles at Innestolabs right now. When there are, they will be listed here with the pay, the work and the terms written out in full, because that is what we would want to read.

Open roles

Nothing open at the moment. We would rather not keep a job board warm with roles we cannot fill.

Roles will be posted here when they exist, with the pay and the terms written out. Until then, email contact@innestolabs.com if you want to be told when that happens.

Paid programme

Learn to ship software that real people use.

A paid programme for college students who can already write some code and want to find out what happens between a laptop and a live website. You pay a fee, you work on a real project, and you leave with something on the internet that has your commits in it.

This is a paid programme. You pay us a fee to take part. It is not employment, there is no stipend or salary, and there is no job at the end of it.

What the fee includes

  • A real project with a real deadline, not a tutorial repo
  • Your code reviewed line by line by the engineer who wrote the rest of it
  • Weekly one-to-one time, not a recorded video course
  • Your work deployed to a live URL you can show anyone
  • A written reference describing what you actually built, if you finish

The details

The fee, the dates and the hours are set on the call, once we know what your term timetable allows and how long you want to work with us. You will have the number in writing before you commit to anything.

What you will work on

Frontend, backend and cloud. Not one of the three.

Most courses hand you one slice and keep you away from the rest. The useful thing is seeing how the slices meet, so you work across all of it on one project and follow that project all the way to a live URL.

Frontend

React, Next.js and TypeScript. Building interfaces that hold up on a cheap Android phone on a patchy connection, not just on your laptop.

Backend

Node.js, APIs and databases, including the parts tutorials skip: validation, error handling, and what to do when the input is wrong.

Cloud and deployment

Getting it off your machine and onto the internet. Environments, secrets, deploys, domains, and reading the logs when something breaks at 11pm.

The whole path, end to end

One project followed from the first conversation to a live URL. Most graduates have never seen that arc once. You will have done it.

The tools you will learn on

Not a teaching stack. This is what our client work is built with, so what you learn here is what the job market is actually hiring for.

  • React
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Three.js
  • React Native
  • PWA
  • Node.js
  • Express
  • Python
  • GraphQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
  • Redis
  • Prisma
  • Shopify
  • Vercel
  • Docker
  • Git
  • Figma
  • Claude
  • LangChain
  • Hugging Face

How it runs

Four steps, and you know where you stand at each one.

  1. You apply

The form below. No cover letter, and we do not care about your CGPA. Show us anything you have built, however small or unfinished.

  2. A short call

Thirty minutes, free. We talk about what you want to learn, we tell you the fee and the dates, and you decide afterwards. Nobody is asked to pay on that call.

  3. You build something real

A piece of a live project, reviewed the same way our client work is reviewed. You will be told when something is wrong, and why.

  4. It ships, and it is yours to show

At the end you have a live thing, the commits with your name on them, and someone who can speak about your work from having read it.

This is for you if

  • You are a college student or a recent graduate
  • You can already write code. We will teach you a great deal, but not from zero
  • You have built something, anything, outside of coursework
  • You would rather read an error message than wait to be told the answer

What this is not

  • Anyone expecting to be paid. The fee runs the other way, and we would rather you knew that before reading further
  • A guaranteed job, here or anywhere. We will say the same thing on the call and to anyone who asks about you afterwards
  • A certificate for a file, with no intention of doing the work

Apply

Send it over.

It takes about three minutes, and it costs nothing to apply. We will come back with the fee and the dates, and you decide after that.

Your details go straight to contact@innestolabs.com and nowhere else. We do not store applications in a database and we do not pass them on.
